The system captures the product and barcode, then compares the image with registered product images to determine whether they are the correct combination.

* Because decisions are based on how the product looks, the products involved must be visually distinguishable. The system is not suited to preventing mix-ups where multiple similar-looking products are handled.
In Operation
When the combination is correct, the system displays the matched product name and inspection result. When it is not, it immediately alerts the operator to the incorrect label.
Image Embedding-Based Judgement
Unlike conventional CNN-based training, product additions do not require retraining the model. The system registers and compares image features instead, making it easier to adapt to changes in your product range.
